Gama sees success on the horizon, only to be quickly snuffed out by Kurama's unsettling plant manipulation, which his limitless creativity dramatically enhances. Once again, underestimating Kurama's skills and embracing overconfidence backfires gloriously. Then, after successfully paralyzing Kurama with magical demonic paint, he gains confidence in his victory as Kurama has lost control over his arms, legs and more. First, Gama intelligently attempts to paralyze the intimidating Kurama. While his bout with Roto makes it evident that Kurama level-headedly handles emotional and mental pressure, the match with Gama is similar to his management of physical limitations. Watching plants tear Roto apart only to bloom into gorgeous flowers provides the perfect visual metaphor for Kurama's character. The efficiency in Kurama's methods implies a seasoned and refined approach to combat that doesn't hesitate or hold back from killing an enemy. At the same time, the swift dispatching of Roto shows his colder, darker nature. Their bout displays the extremes within Kurama, as he won't let any harm fall upon Shiori due to his respect and appreciation for her kindness, spotlighting his mindfulness. Roto signed his death warrant when he blinded himself to Kurama’s ferocity by assuming that his threats to Kurama’s human mother guaranteed his victory. In threatening Kurama's innocent and adoptive human mother, Shiori Hatanaka, Roto inspires a creative and vicious retort. The opposition immediately adopts deceptive tactics to secure victory over the mysteriously powerful Kurama. He relies on cunning and tactics and not necessarily power to win battles.After Kuwabara's lackluster showing, it falls on Kurama to start Team Yusuke off positively. Though Kurama is considered the second weakest of the four main fighters, topping out at low S-class power by the end of the series, he is easily the smartest fighter of the four. He has an incredible sense of smell and he can read lips. The strength of Kurama's moves depends on how much aura Kurama uses. However Demon Fox Kurama has complete control over Demon Realm Plants and has more power than regular Kurama. Kurama has complete control over any Human Realm plant and has some control over Demon Realm plants. He is protective of those he cares about and is often merciless to anyone that poses them a threat, a shift in his usually friendly manner. His analytical nature is present in battle where he prefers to study the strengths and weaknesses of his opponents before devising a strategy of his own. Kurama is generally regarded as the most calm and level-headed member of the group. He is one of the wiser characters in the series and the smartest and calmest of the four main characters. ![]() His ability is in manipulating plants, and he generally wields a whip created from a rose vine, complete with thorns.
